I would not hesitate to recommend KAC Express AC Repair! They were absolutely amazing. I called them at 5:00 on a Thursday and they were at my house by 6:00. They had diagnosed the problem by 6:30 and the next morning at 8:00AM they were there doing the needed repairs. The price was extremely consumer friendly, the repairs were done in under 24 hours, and they were so easy to work with. Outstanding company, I will only be using them from here on out.

My AC stopped blowing cool air and when I called KAC Express at 9pm on a Saturday, they was here by 10. Their call out price was very affordable, along with the service cost. Very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. Thankfully it was just minor problem so it was a quick and easy fix. AC back up and running cold air in 30 minutes!! Incredibly happy with our service!

A+ experience! Super fast service, Jack was here within a few hours of me scheduling. Diagnosed the issue right away and my air was fixed within an hour. Very reasonable.

I would recommend this AC company to friends and family. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. They came to assess the problem the day after we called and had it fixed the same day! They also took great care of the house and covered all the floors they had to access to get the job done. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

KAC express is a great company. Reasonable prices but excellent service. They helped me out after a power surge ruined an AC compressor. Another company quoted me 40% more. They got it done on a Friday night!

Call KAC Express on Sunday and within 2 hours, a technician was out and fix my unit. Luckily it was just a capacitor and was a fast fix. I would 100% recommend KAC Express. Very professional and very good on their pricing.

I’ve used KAC express to install three separate air conditioning units in two separate houses over the past several years. They provide Excellent service and an excellent value which are important to me as an architect. Most recently, they came out within two hours of another air conditioner going out and fix the problem immediately. They’re great.

The KAC team was nothing short of amazing!! Trung answered my call on a hot Texas summer night when the AC stopped blowing cold air. He was there within 40 min and everything was fixed in less than an hour-when the condenser went out. He was efficient and kind-can’t say enough nice tings.

I can't say enough great things about this company. Our AC went out due to a leak somewhere in the unit. The technician came out and within 24 hours he replaced both our evaporator coil and drain pan. The service was efficient and the pricing was fair- no hidden fees or surprises. Our home is cool again, and we are beyond greatful. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing fast, reliable HVAC service!

Very pleased with quick response and fast service. We had an issue and after my primary A/C company came out and quoted me they said it would be the next day when they could get repair completed. I found KAC Express online and called them for 2nd opinion. They came out immediately and fixed the problem for far less right away. They saved us from another hot night. I will be using KAC Express going forward and highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing! They came out in late Summer 2023 and replaced my evaporator coil the same day I called them. It came with a 10 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. I had some issues again this last Fall and they found that it was a faulty valve on the evaporator. The guys fixed it same day and even though it was past the 1 year labor warranty they still covered everything 100%. Cannot recommend this place enough!

It is a great company to work with! Very nice people, very efficient, reasonable prices, cleans up after themselves, on time to every job, and numberous family members have used them. I would highly suggest KAC to everyone!
And I would like to mention, they came to fix my elderly mom's central heat, (they have helped keep a 24 year old unit running because of lack of funds) finally it was just worn out. It was going to be in the upper 20's that night, they put in a new unit in a few hours!!! Very thankful.

Our AC Went out in June in Kingwood Texas. KAC Express was our second call, and I’m glad we called them. They came right out and gave us options from trying to fix the existing unit that failed to replacing both furnaces and AC systems. Since our systems had not been replaced since Before flooding From Harvey, we ended up replacing both. Price was very attractive and the Very professional crew had the work done in less than two days. Highly recommended.

Abel and his family did a great job replacing all the ducts, boxes and vents. I would recommend them any time. The work was neat and clean. After they were done, they made sure to cleanup and leave everything as it was.

Amazing service - called when my new unit failed to come on 45 days after installation. Turned out to be a manufacturer defect on the thermostat (zero fault of KAC). I called at 6PM and they came out within 30 minutes to make it right. I was stunned. Would 1000% recommend them!

My a/c unit needed to be replaced. I searched several competitors but KAC Express was much more affordable so I went with them. The guys came out they were professional and didn't leave a mess after installing my new system. I highly recommend KAC Express to anyone looking for a/c work or for a unit replacement.
